This is your blueprint for every AI prompt you'll ever write.
Anytime you face a challenge or question, open ChatGPT and fill in each part of the formula.
It keeps your requests short, clear, and consistent — no more guessing what to type.
Keep this formula pinned at the top of your notes so it becomes your default way of thinking when you talk to AI.

Step 1 - Capture Your Real Day

Open your Notes app (or your Life OS workspace from Day 1). Write out a typical weekday hour by hour — from wake-up to bedtime.

Include when you:

  • Work
  • Eat
  • Rest or scroll
  • Usually lose focus or procrastinate

Then add three quick bullets underneath:

  • Non-negotiables: what must stay in your schedule (meetings, gym, family time)
  • Time leaks: where you waste time or feel stuck
  • Goals: what you actually want to make progress on this week

When done, copy everything you just wrote — you'll paste it into ChatGPT next.

Step 2 — Get Your AI-Designed Schedule

Open ChatGPT and paste your daily outline. Then ask:

“Here’s what my current weekday looks like. Based on my time leaks, non-negotiables, and goals, design a realistic daily schedule that helps me stay focused and balanced. Include deep-work time, admin time, creative time, breaks, and an evening shutdown routine. Make it something I’ll actually follow.”

If the first version feels off, refine it by saying:

“Start my day later/earlier, reduce meetings, and keep my gym time fixed.”

Once it feels right, copy your new schedule into your Notes app or calendar — this is now your AI-optimized daily flow.

Open your Notes app or Life OS.

Write down one decision you've been overthinking — big or small.

Then under it, list three lines:

  • Option A: what it would look like if you said yes or went forward
  • Option B: what it would look like if you said no or walked away
  • Fear / Risk: what's actually keeping you stuck

You now have the raw material for your Decision Engine.

Step 2 — Run It Through Your AI Logic Coach
Open ChatGPT and paste your note.

Then say:

“You are my Decision Engine. Here’s the situation I’m stuck on: [paste].
Walk me through this like a logic coach — show me the trade-offs, second-order effects, emotional biases, and the most rational next step based on my long-term goals.”

Follow up with:

“Now summarize both options as if you were advising a close friend who values freedom, focus, and peace of mind.”

You’ll get a clear, emotionally-balanced breakdown you can act on right now.

Step 3 — Turn the Result into a Decision Map
In your Notes or Life OS, save the output in a section called “Decision Vault.”
Summarize in one line each:

  • What I chose
  • Why it makes sense
  • What I’ll re-evaluate in 30 days
